The Bear That Went to School©

Discussion:

Ask your child to tell you some of the rules in their school. If you child does not go to school, ask them about some rules you have at home.

Talk with your child about some of the rules that adults need to follow; traffic rules, standing in line at the grocery store, etc.

Activity

You and your child sit very quietly in a room and see how many sounds you can here when you just listen, like the bear had to do in school.

Additional Activities

Look on the Internet for pictures of Theodore Roosevelt and talk about what it means to be a president.
